Other UX Creatives
All information in these creatives is my own and does not necessarily reflect the views of the companies they were generated for.
THE HOME DEPOT
Customer journey map
Business partners wanted a visual aid to quickly digest the selling process and user pain points within the Home Services business.
I met with stakeholders discuss their goals for this creative and map out the user journey. I then cross-referenced previous research—such as user interviews, ride-alongs, and Usabilla feedback—with our meeting notes to build out the deliverable.
Whiteboarding the customer journey
THE HOME DEPOT
Technical product map
I translated the discussions and whiteboard activities from a series of meetings with the tech team to create this technical map of our products. This has been used for onboarding new team members and as a reference for neighboring product spaces.
INSPIRATO
Heap dashboards
Throughout my time at Inspirato, I created a number of dashboards in Heap to track user engagement with feature releases and gather quantitative data during discovery. I love leveraging quantitative data going into a project and using it to validate the qualitative data we get from member interviews.

INSPIRATO
Comparing potential solutions
I prepared this Confluence document to present a number of options to the VP of Product who was sponsoring a redesign of our bi-annual promotional pages. Tech constraints were weighed against ideal user experiences (validated in user testing), existing tools we could leverage, estimated timelines for delivery, and more.

App icon redesign
As our product space was transforming to merge two lines of business, I was tasked with creating fresh and modern app icons to reflect these recent changes.
